I know during my I Am Woman post,
I talked a lot about being domestic and homely.
After spending the weekend with some new friends,
I was shocked at their jokes about women and the kitchen.
Here in the South it is a custom that the men go to work and the women take care of the household.
Even though this is similar to how I was raised,
it was never assumed that my mother could not work,
she just chose to stay at home and care for her family.
Anyways,
I though I would share some of my wants for my future house!
LOVE this cozy, bright kitchen!
This is exactly what I picture for my kitchen!

Such a cute bedroom!
I want a bright and welcoming room
and these colors are perfect!
Well I'm off to clean up Missy's water bowl that she keeps tipping over
and taking a bath in....
